DELANCEY JV REACHES AGREEMENT WITH JOHN LEWIS

Following our acquisition of the Tricorn centre and the signing of the development agreement with Portsmouth City Council in March 2004, we are delighted to announce that terms have been agreed with John Lewis to take a 220,000 sq ft anchor store within the proposed redevelopment of Portsmouth City Centre.

The scheme is now anticipated to total some one million square feet of retail, leisure and residential space and will comprise a further anchor store, some 80 retail & catering units, 1,750 car parking spaces and over 100 residential units.

Opening is targeted for 2009.
