Delancey has confirmed the acquisition of 6 Chesterfield Gardens, London W1 from Alba Life Limited on November 30th for a total consideration of approximately £30 million.

Situated just off Curzon Street, a short distance from Berkeley Square, this freehold office building was recently refurbished and now provides approximately 51,500 sq ft of high specification air conditioned office accommodation.

Tenants in the building include Chevron Texaco and the US fund manager the Tudor Group. Approximately 30,000 sq ft is currently available to let in floors ranging from 4,000 sq ft to 9,000 sq ft.
