Shearer Property Group in partnership with Delancey have purchased the unexpired long leasehold interest in Dickins & Jones, House of Fraser’s Department Store on Regent Street, London.

The famous landmark building, on an island site, is located on the prime east side of the street close to the junction with Oxford Circus. Arranged on basement, ground and four upper floors the property has a frontage to Regent Street of 224 ft with important return frontages to Great Marlborough Street, Argyll Street and Little Argyll Street. The gross floor area of the building is 275,000 sq ft.
