DELANCEY ANNOUNCES LETTING AT AVIATOR PARK, ADDLESTONE

Delancey has completed a 21,081 sq ft letting at Aviator Park in Addlestone, Surrey.

Juniper Networks has taken 21,081 sq ft of space in Building X1-A, which totals 66,193 sq ft. The 10-year lease is for the second floor, at a total rent £548,106 pa, equal to £26.00 per sq ft.
