DELANCEY LETS FIRST FLOOR AT AVIATOR PARK, ADDLESTONE

Delancey has just completed a new ten year effective FRI lease on the 1st Floor of Building X1A at Aviator Park, Addlestone of 21,000 sq ft to Anglo Mondi Investments Ltd (AMI). The tenant will trade under the names of Mondi Business Paper, a leading manufacturer of high quality paper grades for office communication and Mondi Packaging, a fully integrated packaging group manufacturing packaging materials.

The letting will leave 21,000 sq ft to let in the ground floor of Building X1A.
