DELANCEY SELLS M25 PORTFOLIO

Delancey have sold the freehold interest in two significant office business parks located near to Junctions 11 and 13 of the M25 Motorway. The properties, Aviator Park in Addlestone and the Causeway Corporate Centre in Staines, have been bought by Istithmar for £205 million.

The two business parks were acquired as part of a three business park portfolio from Brixton plc in February 2005.
