JOINT AGENTS APPOINTED AT PORTMAN SQUARE

Standard Life Investments and Delancey are pleased to announce that they have appointed Savills as joint letting agent for the office element of their 40 Portman Square development in London’s West End. Savills will work alongside CB Richard Ellis to market and lease the building’s 100,000 sq ft (9,383 sqm) of office space.

The scheme has been forward-funded by joint development partner, Standard Life Investments and is located on the south side of Portman Square. Construction work commenced in September 2006 and the steel frame is now up to the third floor level. Completion of the development is scheduled for April 2008.
