DELANCEY AND INVISTA LETS ADDITIONAL 29,250 SQ FT

Delancey and Invista Real Estate Investment Management are pleased to announce that they have let an additional 29,250 sq ft of office space at their 110 Fetter Lane development to Her Majesty’s Court Service (HMCS).

HMCS has taken the fifth floor of the building comprising 29,250 sq ft. This increases the space HMCS has taken at the building to 185,000 sq ft following the previous letting of the lower ground to fourth floors in December 2006.
