CRUSSH TO OPEN NEW STORE AT NOTTING HILL GATE

Metro Nominees, advised by Savills and CWM, have let a retail unit at 59 Notting Hill Gate, London, to juice bar Crussh.

Crussh has agreed a new 15-year lease on the 1,000 sq ft (93 sq m) unit and will pay an annual rent of £60,000.

Steve Burgin from the Metro Fund comments: “We are delighted to announce this letting to Crussh, which will fit perfectly in this vibrant area of London, where neighbouring tenants include Pret a Manger and Eat.”
