DELANCEY SECURES PLANNING CONSENT
Delancey has secured a minded to grant planning consent, subject to completion of a S.106 Agreement, from the London Borough of Lambeth for the proposed re-development of York House, a steel and glass 345,000 sq ft (32,050 sq.m) office development on the southern bank of the River Thames.
The development over 18 levels will comprise basement, lower ground, ground, and fifteen upper floors offering fully flexible floor plates of approximately 23,000 sq ft. There will also be a 10,000 sq ft roof terrace with stunning views of the Thames and the Houses of Parliament.
