METRO FUND BUILDS ON MOMENTUM AT SOUTHSIDE WITH FIVE NEW LETTINGS

 

Metro Shopping Fund, the Land Securities and Delancey retail joint venture, is welcoming

five new tenants in another run of lettings at Southside. The 530,000 sq ft shopping centre, in the heart of Wandsworth, will see the arrivals of H&M Kids, Paperchase, Accessorize, Costa and Robert Dyas in the coming weeks, each secured on a 10 year lease.

 

The new names follow hot on the heels of TK Maxx, New Look, Republic and Topshop, all of which opened in the second half of 2010, and serve to further extend a retail mix that is aligning Southside more closely with its ABC1-weighted catchment.
