LETTING TO IRWIN MITCHELL AT 40 HOLBORN VIADUCT

Delancey is pleased to announce that it has let the ground floor office space at 40 Holborn Viaduct to existing tenant Irwin Mitchell LLP.

Irwin Mitchell, one of the UK's largest law firms, currently occupies the first and second floors of the building, comprising 34,000 sq ft, and has agreed to lease a further 11,758 sq ft at a rental of £51 per sq ft.

40 Holborn Viaduct occupies a prominent site in London's Midtown and is home to the likes of Brewin Dolphin, GDF Suez, Capgemini and Pret a Manger. The building provides circa 175,000 sq ft of space and, as a result of this letting, only the 14,844 sq ft seventh floor remains available.
