Direct Investment - Delancey looks for assets which are, or have the potential to become prime property investments capable of appreciating in value and attracting high calibre tenants which provide long term secure cash flows. We also recommend acquisitions where value can be created through pro-active asset management programmes, rebranding or reconfiguring buildings and even converting them to alternative uses.
Indirect Investment - Delancey also advises on investments in both real estate companies and other businesses which have significant underlying real estate assets - informed by our experience of corporate structures, the underlying assets themselves and the stock market.
New business creation - Delancey has an open minded approach towards new business opportunities and has a successful track record in advising on a diverse range of new business initiatives. We look for opportunities and sectors where the barriers to entry are high or the markets are under exploited.
