CARLUCCIO’S SIGNS IN BURY ST. EDMUNDS

Delancey has signed up Carluccio's for a 6,000-sq ft double unit at its arc development in Bury St Edmunds. The deal means the centre is now 93 per cent let (by income).

Set to open in the early autumn, the caffe will be the second Carluccio's in East Anglia after Cambridge. It has taken two units totalling just over 6,000 sq ft on two floors as well as with an outside seating area on arc's southwest-facing square, which forms part of one of the two new shopping links between the town centre, arc's 850-space car park and the nearby cinema complex.
