Whilst we recognise that the property sector provides a wide variety of opportunities, we also understand that the capability to take advantage of all those opportunities is unlikely to ever reside just within a single company. We will therefore often involve joint venture partners to bring valuable expertise or capital to direct investments or corporate partners to give access to indirect property investments. In all cases we will ensure that partners are synergistic with our own capabilities and with the interests of our clients.
