Sun Park was acquired in 2011, with capacity for 3,000 occupiers in approximately 280,000 sq ft of vacant office space in three buildings plus steel frames for further two office buildings.
- Located adjacent to Junction 4 of the M3 and set within 38 acres of landscaped grounds, Sun Park is a tranquil, private setting just 40 minutes by train to London.
- The office campus comprised three separate buildings,interlinked at ground floor level, and steel frames for two more buildings on an adjoining site and included an impressive 1,351 space car park.
The 10-acre site housing the steel frames was sold to Bellway Homes in March 2015 to develop 150 residential homes.
Planning permission was granted in January 2018 for the site containing the remaining office buildings to Bellway Homes for the construction of 323 residential dwellings. Final completion of the sale occurred in August 2018.
